HIRE CHARGES
£15 per hour - up to 4 hours, each additional hour up to and
including 6 hours, £10 per hour.
A deposit of £50 will be required for all parties and functions. A discount may be give for local charities.

Safeguarding, Children and vulnerable adults
The welfare of children and young people is with those responsible for their care. However any group using church premises, are to abide by Thaxted PCC’s Safeguarding Policy, which should be downloaded prior to making a booking.
No booking will be confirmed until the
Hire Agreement has been signed and returned.
Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance
of the booking or the full hire fee will be charged.
Thaxted Church Hall Trust reserves the right to refuse any booking.
